Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after they’re placed. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it’s officially in transit and on its way to you.
Note: During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience!
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order ships, transit time depends on your location. Typical delivery timeframes are:

🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–12 business days
🌍 International: 10–20 business days
Please understand that delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or local disruptions — especially during holidays or peak seasons.
Order Accuracy & Address Changes
It’s your responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If there's a problem with your address, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days to confirm the correct info.
If you notice a mistake, email us at hello@kitchenvation.com within 24 hours. After that, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to change or cancel the order.
Delivery Delays
We know how important it is to receive your order on time — and we always aim to ship fast. That said, delays may occasionally occur due to:

If something slows your delivery down, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and assist wherever possible. However, KitchenVation is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as shipped and tracking is provided, the responsibility transfers to the courier. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at hello@kitchenvation.com and we’ll help guide you through next steps.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. In some cases, they may locate and redeliver the package. If not, we’ll work with you to determine if a replacement is appropriate based on the situation.
