Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel or update your order? No problem—just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes since your order will already be processing.

If you cancel within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email hello@kitchenvation.com. Make sure to include your order number, or the name and email address you used at checkout, to speed things up.

Damaged Items

We do our best to pack every item with care. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@kitchenvation.com with a clear photo of the damage.

Important:

  • Damage to the packaging (like dented boxes) doesn't qualify if the product itself is in good condition.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ship orders quickly and efficiently, but we can’t control delays caused by carriers, customs, or local conditions.

Once an order leaves our hands, please contact the courier directly for any delivery-related issues. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. If you submit the wrong address and don’t correct it within 24 hours, we may not be able to recover or reship the package, and you won’t be eligible for a refund or replacement.
